CRAFTkitchen in Henderson, Las Vegas, known as a popular local brunch spot is now featuring dinner. This After Hours restaurant experience is in the newly expanded area with full bar. It now offers guests carefully selected wines and a curated cocktail program. The dining room is spacious and open. It is decorated with a combination of wood table, bar, and booth seating, trendy brick and contemporary artwork with hanging plants. Menu items include freshly baked focaccia stuffed with ricotta, polenta tots, fresh papparadelle short rib pasta, miso glazed seabass, crispy pork belly lettuce wraps, chimichurri steak, and Chef Blinn's classic warm butter toffee cake.

Savor “to enjoy food or an experience slowly, in order to enjoy it as much as possible.”Delight! Craft Kitchen in Henderson will take you out of the frenzied strip dining experience to taste the company of creative drinks and delicious dishes. Savor good food and conversation while stepping in and absorbing its delightful ambience. Love the quotes on the walls! My Favorites: Dinner selections: Mushroom Risotto (this is so good!)and Sea Bass (They have limited dinner hours: Thursday- Saturday 5:00pm -9:00 pm). Breakfast favorite- Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish Saturday & Sunday: Seasonal Monkey bread Bottomless Mimosas Lunch - Shrimp Louie salad Samantha suggested the Mushroom Risotto as her favorite, and besides being a wonderful complement to our enjoyable evening, she was absolutely right about this dish, now it’s my favorite as well!

Amazing food - service was exceptional and just a really nice vibe. Cant wait to come back for Happy hour - and also to try the brunch! :). Highly recommend Craft Kitchen~~ :)

So excited to have a great fine dining option so close to my house. I've always loved breakfast at Craft Kitchen, so I was thrilled to see that they are now offering a dinner menu Thursday -Saturday. The atmosphere and decor is trendy and chic with green plants hanging from the ceiling and a dazzling gold bar. The hostess was welcoming and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Some might say that the menu is limited but I think it's well curated. The chicken milanes was so flavorful and not dry at all. The skirt steak with chimichurri was tangy and delicious although the meat was a bit tough. But my absolute favorite dish was the garlic Yukon puree, which tasted as lovely as Joel Robuchon's legendary puree. We finished off with the dark chocolate creme brulee which was deliciously decadent. I hope they offer a happy hour menu because I would love to try some more of their cocktails. Hopefully they'll open up for additional days.

This establishment is my preferred destination for both breakfast and dinner. The exceptional service and outstanding food quality make it a favorite local spot in Las Vegas. I highly recommend a trip to Craft Kitchen.

tried out for dinner for first time, was not disappointed! small birthday group of 12, they were able to accomodate us and make an enjoyable experience. dishes served family style platters, so that worked out well for our group. basically tried just about half the menu items, and because of the platters, everyone was able to taste each dish! gotta love that! would say the focaccia was a great starter, other standout items were the sea bass, risotto, pig, chicken and cow....hell, they were are pretty tasty! we had asparagus, potatoes(mashed), carrots, and mushrooms to accompany our meal, all were prepared well. in any case, service was great, and love that they have a full bar now, always like that option. will make sure to do dinner visits here again! it has always been a great breakfast and lunch option, now we can look forward to dinner too! ....FYI, only thurs-sat for dinner option as of now, but hopefully full week soon?

First time we visited for dinner. My cucumber cocktail was flavorful and well balanced. The food was creative and delicious, especially loved the tartare. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. It’s awesome to have such a special restaurant in Henderson. Reminded me of Sparrow + Wolf or Esther’s Kitchen but on this side of town.
