The menu is farm to table, hand crafted, local fresh ingredients driven and our Chefs are changing it up twice a year for summer and spring then again fall and winter. Seasonality is a huge part of what we do.

Our cocktails are innovative, trendy, made in house with the finest ingredients and we are proud to also follow a seasonal menu changing it up to make sense with what is available locally.

Let’s just say we love us a good spritz or a margarita, cocktailling is our passion.

Our Chef has been working with Fairweather Brewery to create a five course beer tasting event. Each of the five beers is paired with a delightful Chef-created course. The brewery rep will give you a walk through the brewing process, the history of the brewery and insight into special/seasonal beers while our Chef presents each course with an explanation as to how it was prepared, why it was paired with that particular beer and how you can make great pairing choices or yourself! We held our dear friends birthday celebrations at Craft last night. We had a wonderful night of drinks, music, friendship and being social. I had mentioned to staff that our birthday girl has been through a hard month this last month - and they made the night extra special with a bottle of Prosecco and making her feel like a queen. We always love coming to Craft, but last night was above and beyond. Thanks to everyone involved.

Came to bring a good friend to celebrate her new job. First time for her and she loved it! I’m already a huge fan. Took advantage of wednesday 1/2 price wine bottle. Wonderful night, as usual.

Whether you're a fan of classic comfort food or looking for something a bit more adventurous, their menu has something for everyone. Service: The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in. The staff (bar manager - sorry I forgot this name) was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their menu. He made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Ambiance: The atmosphere at Craft Kitchen & Beer Bar is cozy yet modern, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. This little place was a pleasant surprise in Last minute. Fresh oysters, amazing tenderloin steak cooked to perfection and great service. The menu is interesting as they have some high end meals for such a casual setting. Anthony made me a mean smoked old fashioned and the was a great bartender. Shanon was helping him a serve and she was very friendly and helpful. A must visit if in Schomberg. Thank you for such a positive experience. We will return with the entire family very soon.

Such a great finding! The food was really good. Service was a bit slow, but super friendly and our server was always checking on us. I’ll definitely come back!
