Great service from the staff. Kyle was very attentive and friendly. The food was not great at Happy Hour.Parmesan fries and Yam fries were great. The chicken slider was cold,carinatas and tuna tacos were not tasty and very sparse. The atmosphere is fantastic along with the views of English Bay. We’ll probably not return because this was our second visit and for the second time we did not enjoy the food.

Great spot for a birthday brunch! I’ve been going here for a long time and the service is always lovely and they have an excellent selection of drinks.

Super fast service. Food came out within 15 mins of our reservation time! Great atmosphere and food was amazing. Will def visit again.

The service was terrible. We had family visiting for thanksgiving and we did reservation to have a nice dinner together. The first server seemed nice but then the server was switched. He was not friendly- no hi or hello as he came to the table to take our order. He literally said as he came to the table, “ what drinks you want to order?” He didn’t come to check on us even once after the food came. We had 3 children with us at the table. After the food was done, and tables were cleared, he didn’t come to check on us if we’d like to get our bills or anything else. When he was clearing the table, we informed him that we didn’t like the salad as it was too garlicky. He said that he would take it off the bill and if we’d like to order something else. To me, you are already clearing the table, we ate what we could and since you never checked on us why would I want to order more when now we all are done? Later on, He was talking to the customers at the bar, laughing for good 15 mins or more. By this time, the children were already and visibly restless and tired. Even the passersby were noticing and asking if the children had a long day. They all lied down in the booth next to us (as we were sitting on the chairs). He looked at them but made no effort to come and connect with us or even acknowledge. We then turned to get his attention and ask for the bill. No apology or any acknowledgment that we have been waiting for more than 15 mins now at the empty table! As I paid the bill, he instantly made a point to go next to the kitchen entrance (back towards us) and check what I tipped him (really, you expect that and are so desperate that you couldn’t wait!!). He then gave me quite a few glances as we’re getting ready to go. Being friendly, empathetic and attentive is bare minimum you need in any job. We have had great experiences at Craft and we are frequently visiting this place since few years. But lately the service and hospitality is not the same anymore.

The food, minus one or two of the orders, was quite subpar. We used to be regulars at Craft, but this visit was a reminder of why we no longer are.

I go here with my friends for Happy Hour quite regularly, food was good service was ok. The big negative for Craft is its quite loud with the music, and if its busy you add in the chatter of people and you have a hard time having a conversation. Being that HH is from 3 to 5 perhaps tone down the music??
