Even though it was relatively empty, staff were initially and then throughout the night keen to make eye contact. We waited at reception for some time, even though there was clearly an abundance of staff just chatting amongst themselves. As a senior manger / leader of another organisation I felt there was little to no grip of the central experience trying to be achieved by the company. The staff were reluctant to serve and reluctant to be be called for assistance. Ironically each time would have been the customer spending more money on drinks, desserts etc… made no sense from a physical point of view. In summary, lack of customer attentiveness, which would ultimately result in higher revenues for company. All in, very disappointing. Won’t be back again.

Service was great but the food wasn't good, raw chicken wings and the taste of the ribs just wasn't right, I wouldn't recommend.

We came for wing night, which could have been better to be honest - hopefully some obvious learnings to improve the next one! Great beer selection and ambience though.

Great food and service. The brisket burnt ends were amazing! Nice atmosphere. I was personally a little disappointed with the dessert selection but luckily I was full up for my food so had another drink instead! Look forward to returning.

Needs to be ticked off the list the service is great but the food just didn’t match the hype for me , will I go again, probably not but I’m glad I got to experience it

Went for a date night, was far too loud we could barely hear each other. Went for the larger platter, wish we had gone for the other one, burnt ends not charred enough, chicken wings were dry and over cooked, ribs saved the night, chips were over done and under seasoned, will give the St Albans one a bash, but maybe midweek.
