Burgers were very good. Truffle Parm fries were very heavy on garlic that I could not eat them. Hostess was cold and did not speak to us when we said goodbye when leaving. Interestingly, the survey that was brought to the table with the bill, asked if the manager stopped by the table. No!

If ever there is an item that is not what you expect, we hope that you will let us know while you are still here. We will do everything we can to ensure you are provided a meal you might enjoy more. We had a new hostess on shift that day and we are working on getting her out of her shell, but we can assure you that her intentions are never to be cold toward any guest. We had Kelly as a server and she was amazing. We had a party of 6 and she anticipated our every need. We had brunch from omelets to eggs Benedict and shrimp and grits and all was outstanding

We’ve been to Craft 31 lots of times. The food is always good. But things are just getting too expensive. This time my wife had a crab cake sandwich and I had the mahi mahi sandwich. We had the pretzel appetizer and one mixed drink. It was $90 with tip. Until things get better with inflation, I think we’ll just stop eating out. This is ridiculous.

Great food and service. We dine here at least twice a month. Love the build your own pizza feature. The truffle fries are the best in town. The staff are always friendly and attentive.

This is the second time we have dined here. Both times the kitchen was backed up. My husband’s fish was overcooked this time and one of my daughter’s sliders was burnt so she couldn’t eat it. Loved my salad but we likely won’t be back for dinner. We may try during the day maybe.

Our first time there and did not regret it. We both had the pub burgers. Both were cooked to perfection. No regrets. I will return to try their Reuben. I heard it was delicious .
