Le Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse est un restaurant de type « churrascaria » unique, avec nourriture à volonté.     The experience was the best experience I ever experienced. Service was awesome. The food was very delicious, cooked well to perfection. My wife and I celebrated our 25year anniversary of being in love and that was a great way to celebrate it. Having the Gauchos prepare and present us with an array of exquisite cuts of beef, chicken, and pork. Hats off to the chef. I will be back. That's a promise

    We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday. It was something we had never done before. The food was amazing including the salad bar. Joshua(our server) was knowledgeable and answered every question and was there for whatever we needed. All of the staff were great removing plates, filing our drinks, and bringing every piece of meat with style. Loved it! We will definitely be back.

    Very good food and great environment overall. My favorite food there was the ribeye and the sirloin but i would advise you to avoid the skirt steak would not recommend.

    Comparing with other Brazilian steak houses, this is ok. The salad buffed doesn’t offer so many options like others nor the steak varieties. The price is $55.00 per adult, which is similar to other brazilian steakhouses, however, in this one there is a lack of variety.

    This was our 4th or 5th visit as a family. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. Traditionally we look forward to a meal here as part of our vacation but we were really let down this trip. Joshua our server was outstanding and did everything in his power to make sure our visit was outstanding, however the Kitchen and Gaucho staff really dropped the ball. We may have had the opportunity to sample about five or six varieties the whole dinner service. We requested certain things over three times and never got them and eventually gave up. Several of us went away hungry which should never happen at a Brazilian steakhouse. During service we waited upwards of 20 minutes to get a sampling of something that wasn’t cooked to our liking at all. Needless to say we probably won’t be back, which is a shame because it has become a tradition for our family.

    We have entertained guests here several times with very good service and very good food, however tonight was almost embarrassing. The service of the food from the gaucho’s was very slow, the temperature of the meats were undercooked and misrepresented. Asked for medium well and the temperature was rare. Had to ask our server several times for a specific meat to be served without success. On previous visits our dirty plates were picked up often and replaced with clean plates. On this occasion our dirty plates were picked up only once. On previous visits we were greeted by the manager and or owners inquiring if everything was going fine. No such contact on this visit. We will be hard pressed to return again.

    The food was decent but the service was not very good. Our waitress was sweet, but not well trained and seemed uninterested. Overall, we would not go back.
