I’ll give them 9/10. Service good. They forgot about us a couple of times. Had to remind them 2x can we have more bread. They came by with the bread in went to another time. I’m sure they did not do it on purpose. Just should have been better communicated with each other. My waiter was good. Game him $17 tip anyways. Food 10/10

This place should be ashamed to call themselves a Brazilian steakhouse. Terrible food. Everyone at the table described the meat as tasting bad. Not cooked correctly. Poor slow service. Old ugly restaurant. Don’t go here!

This was not my 1st time eating at Cowboys. My past experiences were great- no problems. This time we were there for a special celebration but their bar was not open. I was tole they were having issues with their license renewal. Extremely disappointing. we decided to stay for dinner an go else where for drinks. the food was exceptional. The meats and items on the buffest were all delicious. The dining experience was awful however due to an infestation of fruit flies. The manager said they have been trying to "deal with" the pests for "a couple of weeks". Swatting the flies made for a less than appetizing and enjoyable celebration for us. The manager offered no compensation for the experience. The celebration was ruined.

There was a massive amount of gnats and flies in the dining room. There were multiple gnats in a drink. When this brought to our servers attention she should said we're still trying to get rid of them. She brought back another drink and still with a fly in it.
