Taste the fresh ingredients harvested from local organic farms that are hand selected by Executive Chef Goran Basarov and exquisitely prepared by his culinary team into the savory dishes available on our new menus. Covey Grill features a casual elegance with its indoor and outdoor dining located alongside the natural backdrop of Quail's sparkling pond and lush gardens. Our Carmel, CA restaurant is proudly guided in the principles of sustainability by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and focuses on local farm to table options.

We offer a variety of menus throughout the week between our two restaurants, Covey Grill and Edgar's Restaurant.
Wednesday Dinners Chef Goran exquisitely curates our Love Thy Neighbor menu each week, a unique three-course pre-fixe dinner for $59++. 5PM-9PM every Wednesday.

Valentine's Day dinner was excellent. This is the fourth time we've been here and the chef keeps us happy. Each menu is different and not repeated. Looking forward for future dining adventures.

Best deal on fine dining in Monterey county on Wednesdays at the Covey. Highly recommend.

This is our third time experiencing the Prix Fix Wednesday menu. Once again, outstanding value, astounding choices and the Chef is amazing. The ahi appetizer was generous and perfectly seared, the lamb loin was fork tender, Chocolate banana bread pudding with sliced bananas was devoured. Looking forward to exploring further Wednesdays.

Quail’s Live Thy Neighbor event every Wednesday at the Covey is a fun evening and a great value. The recently remodeled dining is a nice setting to enjoy a high quality dinner and the menu changes each week. Absolutely worth a try.

This is the second Prix Fix Wednesday eve dinner we've attended and it was, again, outstanding both in value ($59) and execution. The deviled eggs were lovely, the crab & kohlrabi perfect. The bison tenderloin was tender and tasty, trout was cooked perfectly, bone in pork chop was yummy. Flourless chocolate torte was lick-the-plate. The only downside was they were seriously understaffed, we waited 25 minutes to place our order.

The Wednesday night prix fixe menu is consistently enjoyable. A choice of interesting appetizers, three entrees and two desserts. The staff is attentive and the ambiance nice.

Went to the Covey Grill for the Wednesday night 3 course Prix Fixe menu for $59 per person. The room was nice and fairly quiet with a fireplace. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The choices we decided on was the Waldorf salad presented in cups so it could be eaten by hand, the Swordfish that was tender and juicy as it was coated with Panko and the chocolate caramel dessert with blueberries. The pre dinner cocktails were good and there is an extensive wine list by the glass. Great experience.

Had a really good experience at the Cove last Friday night. Service was excellent. I had a great steak cooked perfectly.
