Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team take you on a food journey of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor.

COURSE offers a 10-course tasting menu Friday and Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as special experiences on Sundays.

Our menus change seasonally, and current & upcoming special menus can be viewed on our website.

Not just a meal, COURSE is a dining experience.

Food was on point and well presented. I sat at the bar as a single dinner and was well looked after. The bartender was excellent, and she provided great service and conversation.

we were a party of three taking in the "diners menu". Everything was good but none of the 7 courses consumed was considered by any of us to be very good to exceptional Would not do again

Outstanding themed diner brunch, again great service and staff, chef Cory brought it on and did a fantastic job. The Sommelier Nick has good selection of well priced wines for a small list. Plenty to chose from.

Amazing experience. Reminded us of Binkleys restaurant. Staff was very attentive and informative. Food was excellent in taste but the chef makes you eat with your eyes. Bartender was amazing ... shout out to Raha. We'll be back!!

Our meal was excellent. Our server, Cory, was also excellent and paced the meal perfectly. I enjoyed myself very much. I wooild highly recommend this restaurant especially for a special occasion.
