    We always have a good time, the food is wonderful the staff are very professional, for us it is the best place in Hereford.

    Booked for a family meal. Warm welcome and attentive service. Food was delicious - we chose a range of dishes from the menu, and all were good. The portions were generous and the meal was good value for money. Will definitely return.

    Food was ok but plain to what it sound like when you read the menu makes it sound more , we was on a very small table felt a bit pushed in , the staff where amazing friendly made shore we have a a good night

    My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary. We had a lovely meal, the food was exquisite however the service was disappointing. The lady who served us. I don’t know her name but she had dark curly hair. She needs to work on her people skills. She didn’t even look at us when she was talking to us. She was quite abrupt. We waited an hour for our mains, the lady just dumped the plates on the table and walked away to have a conversation with her friend. It’s such a shame because everyone is usually lovely and friendly.

    Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was lovely and plenty. We ordered a bottle of wine which had sold out and the server provided us with a more expensive bottle at the same cost which she recommended was very nice and it was. Staff did receive some complaints about food that evening which we overheard and they dealt with it very calmly and professionally, it was Interesting to hear how some diners interacted during these complaints.

    Pleasant & relaxed atmosphere, lovely decor! The food was superb!! Absolutely delicious! The staff were excellent - well trained and welcoming! A fantastic evening. Thanks to all.
