    3 out of our 4 guests had the charcuterie board as a starter. We all agreed it was tasty, but could have done with a tangy type of chuckney to go with it & butter to go with the bread. It was all a bit too dry. But the whitebait was delicious. The mains were well presented, the Sea Bass & Poulet courses were well received & both were very tasty. The steak fritter was cooked to perfection. The ratatouille was creammy & very filling, the goats cheese complimented the dish. The service was a bit slow, but then we suddenly had full attention when they wanted to give the bill. We felt as if we were being ushered out at the end if the meal. Hence only 3 stars

    A wonderful afternoon at Cote York. Staff and food were excellent - as always. Cannot fault the service, quality and atmosphere.

    We have been to this restaurant a few times in the past. I was less impressed than I have been previously. There were less customers in than previously. The staff huddled around the till area quite a lot. The food was OK but nothing special.

    No issues both myself & my wife had 2 x courses each it was a nice meal with good value for money
