I had dinner with my family at Cote Windsor last night. Did not have a good experience. Staff were not bothered to serve us we waited for 25 min for staff to come and take our first order. After dinner they gave us dessert menu but again we waited for half an hour but no one came to take the order. In the meanwhile, my kids decided to leave and have dessert at dessert parlour where we had better time. Unfortunately, they charged us service charge as well which came included in the bill. Could have had better dinner somewhere else. Will never recommend it again.

Very tasty food as always. Our waitress Julia was excellent. The improvement points were that chips were cold when they came out and the host who welcomed us was exceptionally condescending and rude.

Worth doing a brunch in the river, service is OK sometimes good sometimes just OK. Mainly can't go wrong with brunch, on the river on the terrace is great
