Topped with pumpkin seeds and crumbled chestnuts, served with toasted sourdough baguette
Chicken Parfait Mille-Feuille
Our rich chicken liver parfait piped into thyme puff pastry slices with caramelised red onion chutney, alongside dressed julienned pears and a port reduction
Crab & Comté Rarebit
Comté cheese & white crab béchamel on toasted brioche, topped with samphire and drizzled with herb oil
Smoked Salmon Rillettes
Smoked Salmon Rillettes Creamy salmon rillettes layered on honey & mustard pickled beetroot. Topped with whipped horseradish cream, dill & lemon and served with seeded sourdough

Wrapped in smoked bacon with a chestnut & sage stuffing. Served with crispy confit potatoes, apricot & mustard-glazed Chantenay carrots, watercress, spiced honey pig in blanket and a shallot & thyme jus
Butternut Squash Tarte Tatin
Sage, salted caramel and red onion tarte tatin topped with whipped goatʼs cheese and toasted almonds, with a green salad
Grilled Sea Bream
On a bed of Champagne velouté sauce, braised fennel, tomato concassé, dill and crushed new potatoes
Sirloin (8oz)
Cut and prepared in the Côte butchery Served with crispy confit potatoes, black garlic jus and watercress. Recommended medium rare

Was my partner’s bday and I asked them if they can sort out something for him. A few minutes later that came with a special plate and sang happy bday to him, was very touching… Thank you for this!

Acoustics made it hard to talk. Service really good though.

Really brilliant again. Superb menu and so reasonably priced - hence we keep returning . Lovely service too .

I came for lunch today and both food and service were amazing. I am a chef myself and had the poulle grille today which was the best meal I had so far.

Was our 14th wedding anniversary and asked for a romantic table. We were greeted by a lovely manageress and taken to the best table in the restaurant. Then the manageress surprised us with 2 complimentary glasses of bubbles and when came to desserts…we were presented the most beautiful plates specially designed with “Happy anniversary!” All in all, was a superbe meal and a memorable anniversary. Cote in Tunbridge Wells is our go to restaurant and will keep returning here as the team is always welcoming and friendly and make you feel like home. Thank you to all the staff working today and thank you to the chefs for the delicious food!

Booked a table and mentioned that I have a £10 reward received from open table. The manageress explained that is not in their power to redeem the offer however she offered to complimentary desserts to compensate it, I think was a lovely touch so thank you for your kind gesture.

We have been well looked after by amazing staff and served delicious food by trained staff. The new set menu looks interesting the Mackrell was delicious 😋

Great lunch with excellent service. We were spoiled with a glass of champagne when we sat down. Staff were lovely and made our visit very special.

As always we enjoyed our experience at Cote Tunbridge Wells. Very efficient, good food, good location, nice buzz about the place and good value for money. Never had a poor meal at this restaurant.
