Our weekend sharing board combines the finest cuts of meat - Sirloin Steak with peppercorn sauce, Confit Pork Belly with Calvados jus and succulent Grilled Chicken with mushroom sauce. All served with your choice of three sides. Our weekend menu can only be ordered in multiples of two.

New staff so understandably had some issues but they were super friendly & accommodating. Spinach was disappointing compared to what we’ve had in the past here but overall nice evening.

Lovely company, lovely ambience, leisurely evening. We had the fixed price menu which was very good. Thank you Cotes.

Terrible service, initial drinks order was messed up and then after asking for the dessert menu 3 times from three different people over a 45 min period, I had to go up and get it myself. When the desserts finally arrived our hot drinks did not come at all. When I respectfully informed the manager that this was not acceptable all he could say was the restaurant was very busy today as everyone has come to St Albans for Father’s Day.

Waiter was lovely, decor also lovely, food service very very slow. Expensive fillet steak ordered rare was delivered as a grey overcooked lump - even the waiter apologised when he saw it! Rest of food was v good.

Staff were great and friendly, decent vibe and the food the highlight, as it should be. Service was very slow despite factoring in it's a Saturday night. But had a great time, would recommend.

We were a party of 7 and unfortunately 3 of the party were delayed due to an unexpected hospital visit (minor accident). Côte were very understanding and we were able to put back our booking by an hour so all of the party could attend. Food was good as was the service.

Busy Saturday night. Service slow in parts. Enjoyed my choices although the rib eye ordered by one dinner was more medium rare than medium and the tarte tatin is not as good as other nearby restaurants.
