Caramelised cheese, grape chutney, walnuts and toasted sourdough baguette
Truffled Pumpkin Soup
Topped with pumpkin seeds and crumbled chestnuts, served with toasted sourdough baguette
Chicken Parfait Mille-Feuille
Our rich chicken liver parfait piped into thyme puff pastry slices with caramelised red onion chutney, alongside dressed julienned pears and a port reduction
Crab & Comté Rarebit
Comté cheese & white crab béchamel on toasted brioche, topped with samphire and drizzled with herb oil
Smoked Salmon Rillettes
Creamy salmon rillettes layered on honey & mustard pickled beetroot. Topped with whipped horseradish cream, dill & lemon and served with seeded sourdough

Roast Turkey Ballotine
Wrapped in smoked bacon with a chestnut & sage stuffing. Served with crispy confit potatoes, apricot & mustard-glazed Chantenay carrots, watercress, spiced honey pig in blanket and a shallot & thyme jus
Butternut Squash Tarte Tatin
Sage, salted caramel and red onion tarte tatin topped with whipped goatʼs cheese and toasted almonds, with a green salad
Grilled Sea Bream
On a bed of Champagne velouté sauce, braised fennel, tomato concassé, dill and crushed new potatoes
Sirloin (8oz)
Cut and prepared in the Côte butchery Served with crispy confit potatoes, black garlic jus and watercress Recommended medium rare

An excellent Christmas day menu, lovely food and good service. I attended with my 93 year old mum and disabled brother, who both told me they really enjoyed their experience. We have used the restaurant several times before, usually for larger family get togethers. Always good and we will continue to use. Recommended for any occasion.

We had a lovely meal at Cote. Good food is always guaranteed and service was excellent despite it being busy. My dessert arrived with Happy Birthday in chocolate writing which was a nice touch.

I had the champignon dish which was a vegan dish. It was OKish but better food at home. Ma companion had a fish dish with sea bream and mussels which looked good and she enjoyed it. She eats gluten free. The food here isn’t exciting enough though the ambience is marvellous. They always have linen serviettes which makes it classey. Service is quite good and they do not hurry you to move out. It is somewhere I like to come because of catching up with friends or family members.

3rd visit , it was my birthday bash and as ever we were all very excited about trying something different on the menu ,I really enjoyed my ratatouille excellent job chefs and a big thank you to the staff , we left very contented and happy that the celebration went well.

2nd visit ,I can only say it was as good as the first which lived up to my expectations,absolutely loved the apple tarte tatin it's supposed to be for sharing but I demolished the whole dish Mmmm yum .

Really slow service - took over an hour to receive the food and they were less than half-full, and there were two things forgotten which we ordered. The servers were perfectly friendly and the food was fine, but it just took SO long for the food to come!!

It took a long time to get our food, however it was worth the wait. To compensate the wait we got complementary coffee and tea with our dessert
