We have been to Cote on various locations and have always been very satisfied, but this time we were rathd disappointed, the more so as we were with 2 American friends prior to going to a Prom. We were welcomed and taken to a nice table. We were all going to start with a cocktail. These eventually arrived, but only 3 of them. It 3as only at that point that the waitress informed us that one of the cocktails was not available - embarrassing for us as it would have been for one of our guests who then had to choose something else whilst the rest of us were enjoying our drinks. We chose your set menu, and itneas obvious that the portions were rather smaller then we had before. Three of us chose steaf frits and mine was pretty awful.. Definitely the worst meal I have ever had have ever had at any Cote, it was also very noticeable to us that neither of our guests commented about the food, which is always an indication of standard So sorry to have to write in this way, but we were so very disappointed.

The ambience was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and our waiter, Robert, was fantastic. He took care of our every wish. The food was delicious too.

Menu choices and food quality were very good. However it took almost 15 minutes for my server to acknowledge me after being seated. If she was busy all she needed to do was acknowledge me, pour water and I would have understood. As I walked out of the restaurant after dinner, I passed a few people who worked there and nobody expressed appreciation or said goodnight. Some added customer service approaches would make this a great spot.

Attention to detail in all aspects. Great recovery in case of any misunderstanding on our dessert order which is a sign of good management and training. Will come again!

It seems the ownership has changed. It used to be my favourite location but now not only the standards and quality of the food were low but who seemed to the manager (although very kind person) his outfit was not what it used to be and had this very annoying walkie-talkie radio that was constantly making very loud and terrible noise and he wouldn’t just turn it off. Not happy with the changes :-( I don’t think I will come back (after over 15 years of frequently going there for dinner and drinks)
