I like Cote and the one in Hays Gallery is lovely. It’s also very big and service suffers. I watched my three dining companions eat their food before mine arrived. In fairness the staff were apologetic and amended the bill but the experience wasn’t a great one on this occasion

Food was cold and starters were way too salty. Also we wanted to take a table with three chairs and they told us this is a table for three but we saw other couple sitting on the bigger table. Beautiful view but the food and service needs some improvement. Thanks

Had a lovely time but my steak was a bit tough and grisly. Puts me off ordering a steak again

Staff were polite and friendly and their approach was relaxed yet professional. The meal was good value for money and outside seating was a pleasure to enjoy, with outstanding views of the sunset and the Thames. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
