I went for lunch with my daughter. They were quite busy, we ordered tuna nicoise and a minute steak. Firstly the steak went back as it was rare, as I started my nicoise I found a dark short hair buried in my salad. They changed my meal but the wait was ridiculous. By the time I had asked where it was my daughter had finished her return steak and I was finally delivered an overdone , un seasoned chewy bit of tuna that was inedible . A great shame and very disappointing. They didn’t charge me for the tuna but that’s not why we went there. Ended up not having lunch.

Got a great cote rotie red with steak. The waiter was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. Service friendly, food great and price very reasonable

A wonderful meal to celebrate our sons graduation from Guildford School of Acting. Perfect food and excellent service. The Cote de Boeuf was outstanding.

Always my go-to in Guildford. Less fussy than the nearby Ivy which is also excellent. Good for impromptu family and business catchups.

I really enjoyed this quaint restaurant. While the space was a bit cozy the food and service were outstanding. I was especially pleased with the quality of the ratatouille. The wine selection was decent and reasonably priced and dessert was delicious. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. Overall a fantastic experience. I would definitely go there again.

Very good service and the restaurant was very welcoming. I had extremely good food but my fellow diner did not but she did not say until the waiter came to take away our plates. We were given complimentary coffee and offered complimentary puddings to compensate. However, the staff responded to her meal with kindness and care even though she left it too late for them to sort it out.
