    We arrived and waited 25 min before our server took our drink order. Food was extremely salty and not great. When the check came there was a 20% charge added without our knowledge, we were a table of 2. Over all not great experience.

    We dined during Chicago Restaurant Week, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the meal was a perfect blend of creativity, quality, and exceptional service. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for being transported to Tulum.

    We came for restaurant week. Our server/service was great! I think his name was Anthony or Antoni. The portions were pretty generous for the pricing. Be advised, they do 20% automatic gratuity and the surcharge if you don’t ask to have it taken off.

    Overall, great experience. It started off a little rocky. We were seated and didn’t receive service until 25 mins later. Beyond that, the food was fantastic and a great value during restaurant week!

    Amazing food and service. The Restaurant Week menu was fantastic! It does turn into a club like experience around 10pm, so just be ready for that.

    I celebrated my birthday at Costera Cocina, and it was an incredible experience! I had a reservation for 10 people, and we were seated in a more intimate, semi-private area, which made the celebration feel even more special. The food was fantastic—everything was delicious, but I especially recommend the steak tacos. Definitely a highlight!

    Cute place. Our reservation (party size) was changed 2 days prior to the date. Yet, when we got there our party size (5 people) was not accommodated. We asked if we could be at another table and were told “that table is reserved”. However, the entire time we dined there not one party was seated at said reserved table. Took forever to get simple things we asked for. We were told, at the end, we could split the bill by using the QR code and then we got an extra fee added for splitting the bill. Basically 3/5, don’t plan to attend again.

    Nothing special for restaurant week. 3 % surcharge they did remove, $18 margaritas and 20% automatic tip. Dry salmon $252 for 2 people

    Great ambiance, quick service, and delicious food! We tried the pollo and asado tacos, Queso fundido, guacamole, and the salmon a la veracruzana. Everything was fantastic but the pollo tacos were my favorite!
