Yummy food & cute atmosphere! However, the service was sadly really bad. It was my first time dining there and I’m hoping for a better experience next time!

The atmosphere is unmatched; we truly felt like we were on vacation. I was SO excited to see a mocktail menu, the mango margarita was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend the tacos!! Barbados and Fish :)

We had made reservations and included a not in the reservation and also called the restaurant 2 days before going in that we were celebrating a special occasion and requested a table for 4 in the main central dining area but when we went there we were given the corner most table and it was extremely claustrophobic there. The person who seated us mentioned they didn’t have a server for the adjacent table that we requested to sit and so we were seated in the corner which was extremely difficult to get in and the only view was the adjacent table. There were mosquitoes under the table and we hada long wait before the servers could notice us. Upon requesting again the manager spoke to us and said we had to wait for 3 hours if we wanted any other table. More over he said we needed to note the name of every person that we spoke to about this reservation for him to believe that we requested another table. This restaurant ruined our special day dinner. I will not return. I am super disappointed at the way they treat their customers because they are busy they don’t care about their customer service. It was a bad experience on a good occasion for us.

The vibe was fun…it definitely gives Tulum vibes. They had delicious appetizers! The red snapper was too salty.
