Service and ambiance lovely. Burger and fries terrible. Fries were limp and tasted like poor man’s McDonalds and burger meat was undercooked and flavorless. Pasta a better choice but expensive for what it is.

The service was not great. Nobody brought water or took drink orders for the first 10-15 mins we were there. The lobster roll was inedible. Fishy and disgusting. Such a shame

A new neighborhood restaurant off to a good start. Staff tries to be accommodating. Food thus far that I have tried is tasty. Charming albeit small space. A welcome addition that should do well in the years to come. I will definitely go again.

Costa is a welcome addition to the Carnegie Hill neighborhood. The food was very good, the atmosphere was beautiful with very good music (which was not too loud to have a lively conversation) and the wait staff was attentive and very sweet. We had a four year old with us and they could not have been nicer to her. We will be back soon and will try for breakfast too. It was a good night and I am very pleased to have a new choice near by!

A beautiful sultry gem in Carnegie Hill. Eclectic downtown vibe on the UES. Great food with some old favorites from the original Vicolina. Lovely speakeasy in the back for private parties with dim lighting, gorgeous chandeliers and cool artwork, picture Audrey Hepburn blowing bubble gum. The music was a modern mix of older songs giving the experience a fresh young feel so that both myself and my gen Z daughter were singing along. I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service and food. Ambiance is chic. Very affordable prices for UES. Steak frittes and halibut were to die for.

People working there and the ambience are great. Unfortunately the food has no taste. Kind of flat. Not a chef so I cannot really explain it. It is just so plain. Unfortunate. Hopefully the food will improve because the restaurant deserves to succeed.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! it is intimate and beautiful... the food is great and Otto our server is lovely. the music is perfect . i have absolutely NOTHING negative to say.. i just hope i can still get in when everyone is back from the summer (it just opened in mid august!) and they are begging for tables... :-)
