This is a terrific find. The food, service and ambience were all 5 star. We had the soup (amazing), the garbanzo bean dish (delicious) and the empanadas were spectacular. We finished it with the chocolate cake, also spectacular. The presentation was terrific. The waiter was very solicitous and not at all ostentatious. The chef took the time to check on us. Truly a 5-star find.

Costa by Chef Roberto Madrid is an absolute must while in Sedona. Intimate atmosphere and amazing food and service.

Fabulous new restaurant in Sedona. Definitely worth going to. Latin cuisine with many layers. Small yet upscale restaurant. Everything was delicious. Pricing is comparable to other nice restaurants in the area. Nice wine and cocktail list. We enjoyed the empanadas then sea bass and pollo borracho. The bread with dipping sauce was amazing.

This is a new restaurant in Sedona! We were looking for a New Year's Eve dining option and were pleased with the quality of food, service and ambiance. Latin inspired cuisine that includes vegan options and expect to have more of a tapa sized portion when you go. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Food was good service was not, Brooke B as server was condescending. Tables around were treated with more consideration than we were.

Ok. Not really worth the price. Would not recommend. The sea bass was pretty good though.

What a delight to experience Chef Madrid's approach to Latin cuisine! We enjoyed small plates -- totopas de atun, lobster ceviche, asparagus, and roasted vegetables and trumpet mushrooms. Each and every bite was beautifully prepared, thoughtful and delicious! A pisco sour and a glass of tempranillo were perfect beverages, Juan's service was lovely and -- wait! I forgot to mention dessert! The tamarind temptation was a delicious combination of dark chocolate, berries, sauce and ice cream. We'll definitely be back (and I'll bet a year from now, we'll have to line up weeks in advance for a reservation!).
