Service was a little slow for it being a quiet evening in the restaurant (about 1/3 full), but everything else was great

Wasn't what I expected, compared with other Easter Brunches I've being. Food was okay (not super). Service was awesome. Price was too much !!!! In addition to the entrance fee of $75. per person, they charged us the coffee and juices (not alcohol beverages). In other places, non-alcohol beverages are included in the price. I ended paying more than $100. plus a 20% tip, just for myself. Too much for what I got.

Wonderful dinner! Beautiful view of the ocean. Our server was friendly and very attentive.

We were staying at the hotel. The food was good, but seemed a bit pricey for what you got. The seafood pasta was too cheesy, but the pork tenderloin and the mahi mahi were both quite good. Some of the dinner portions were definitely large enough to share across parties. They were renovating the dining room and we ate outside, not sure if when the dining room reopens if the ambiance would be better, but our waitstaff did a good job. Not a large menu, it would have been nice to see some more options.

The service and food was great each day I was there! but THE BIRDS, ruined my breakfast outside the first day was just too much! It wasn’t something that could be controlled outside, but inside the door should definitely be kept closed because it’s about the guests experience! I would still recommend eating there, just on the inside!

Pleasant enough setting. About what you'd expect from a hotel patio restaurant. Our servers were really attentive and helpful. Very well trained.

We dined here twice and the 1st time we had Juliel who was great. His vibe was on point and for a first night in PR dinner, he set that bar pretty high for the rest of the week. Our 2nd dinner here was for a Valentine's Day dinner. The food was pretty great and our server was attentive but the vibe was all wrong. For $95 a person, we expected a nice romantic evening, candlelight and maybe some music...all we could hear was the loud table on either side of us who I think were battling to see who could get louder. Halfway through the meal, the table with the 4 women started vaping like it was a cigar bar and that crap was flowing right to our table. The hotel is smoke-free but that does not include vaping. When we asked the server, he just said it was allowed and stated they could move us inside but there was two tables vaping there....again, the food was great and time with the hubby is always a great time but man that vaping and loud tables for what was advertised as a romantic Valentine's dinner was disappointing.

Food, service and ambiance are ok. I don’t think you’re getting a good value of your buck. We stayed at the resort. We had dinner and breakfast at Gingambo. Their breakfast is buffet and paid almost $100 for couple of people. I only had omelette and fruits. No option to order. Dinner was pricey but food is just ok. It’s better to go to the local restaurant in condado beach area or just go to old San Juan for food.
