As a long time music/service industry person working in boulder for a decade I had always wanted to try this place but was limited by budget etc. so we were excited when our best friends gave us a gift certificate to celebrate our wedding anniversary… And let me tell you it didn’t disappoint! Called ahead about the reservation & spoke to the GM (Josh) in advance & mentioned that we were hoping for a more fun/playful meal instead of a super formal one since we were former industry folks too — he genuinely went above & beyond by greeting us w/glasses of cava & made a point to stop by throughout the meal which made it so much more personable/enjoyable for us. We originally were sat inside but decided it was a bit warm (slash a little stuffy/quiet for us) so they kindly moved us to an outside table w/a gorgeous view which was much more our vibe! Also had a delightful server (Topher) who was friendly/attentive/knowledgable & helped us navigate the menu to curate a meal that was delicious, filling & did not completely break the bank which was truly appreciated. We ended up splitting the black cod shared plate to start then the 7oz. wagyu bavette entree & Manchego broccolini side which were all very tasty plus found them all a lot more flavorful & delicious than I had originally expected since my pallette prefers intense spices/lots of seasoning etc. Lastly we decided to splurge on a savory style ‘desert course’ w/tasty table side gin & tonics as well as the bougie hot stone grade 5 wagyu… Admittedly I was hesitant to order it based on cost alone but honestly have not experienced anything like it before so was beyond delighted that it was so worth it in the end — Yes it’s a small portion due to the quality of meat but definitely think you should at least try once if you haven’t before & highly recommend having it last cuz it was the absolute show stopper no question. 5stars & BIG thx to Josh/team. Only suggestion is gameplan ahead if you’re on a budget like us.

Fantastic cocktails and views on the patio, very knowledgeable, kind and friendly servers, flavorful, fresh, interesting and quality dishes across the menu. Quite pricy but worth it for a special occasion or if you just want to enjoy a fabulous meal/experience. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience. My only complaint was that I was disappointed that we couldn’t make a later reservation than 4:15. There was no one here until 6pm and even then there were plenty of tables. I’d call the restaurant directly.

Food tastes excellent, however, we order octopus, and the amount of octopus was tiny Octopus is my favorite seafood, so don't think I am coming back to Corrida

Beautiful views and excellent service and food! Perfect for a special occasion. It's become my favorite place to celebrate my birthday. Expensive, but worth it.

Honestly tried to cancel my reservation because we were exhausted from the day and they told me it would be 25 dollars a person with a zero one time courtesy cancellation. I WAS NOT HAPPY…… that being said MY BOYFRIEND AND I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Great service, amazing views, food was unreal. In this case I was very glad that things happened the way they happened and that I was indeed not able to cancel my reservation. 10/10 highly recommend!!
