Cork Dork is a haven for all people who love food, wine and local spirits. Curating the menu is Danny Amirian, born and raised in Westlake, he brings his fresh farm to fork approach back to the Conejo Valley. Danny's exclusive menu is always changing to focus on local farms and purveyors' best available product. Danny cooks from the heart and his passion will show on the plate.

If you are a beginner and enjoy a glass, starting to learn, or Cork Dorks like us you will enjoy our ever-changing selection of wines. All wines are available in 2oz, 6oz, and bottles so you can try multiple items in one sitting.

Our bar serves local spirits (all from CA) and artisanal cocktails! We've made our memorable cocktail list legendary by adding a dorky twist to our cocktail artistry. We've sought after local, high-quality spirits and fresh ingredients that will set our cocktails apart, the names alone will captivate you before sipping these exquisite creations developed by our own mixologist.

We had dinner here tonight for the first time. We were in outside seating, which was fine, although rowdy with the other large tables. The service was excellent and very attentive. I had the halibut in curry sauce, which was very good. The fish was perfectly cooked and the curry sauce was rich, but not too spicy. My husband had the skirt steak, which he said was also very good. Overall, we had a very delightful night out and dinner. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our experience was impeccable and exquisite! When I made the reservation I mentioned it was our anniversary. At the table was placed a “Happy Anniversary” card signed by the staff. Our waited, Bob, knew every single detail on the menu. He is a Sommelier and it shows. He gave us great recommendations. Our food was brought out by the chef and co owner, Danny. He was SO personable, caring, genuine and loving. So incredibly welcoming! We felt like we had a private date at the restaurant, it was absolutely flawless. The food is locally sourced from farms and you can taste how clean, fresh and vibrant it is. The desserts were out of this world. 10000% going back!

Food was tasty but portions seemed smaller than before. Wine flight prices seemed high so stayed away from those. Good meal but expensive for what you get.

Beautiful experience at this fine establishment. The wine selection is unparalleled, and the food is amazing as well. We had a great time talking wine with Dan, and his knowledge is as strong as it gets. It was so good, we left to get another drink next door and came back immediately for another bottle there instead. Thanks!

Excellent experience. We were seated by the chef who was delightful. When my wife alerted them to an allergy they made sure to let us know which items to avoid and were able to make some special modifications for some others. Great staff excellent food.

Great neighborhood restaurant with delicious food. Interesting that the chef appears at tables but we have never had the chance to meet the chef after visiting the restaurant on multiple occasions..

We did the Chef's tasting menu - 7 courses, just the right amount of food at a very nice pace. The chefs came out to deliver and describe each dish! We loved it and would definitely do it again! Nice quiet location with ample parking. Lovely night.
