Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

While Campania issues forth an ocean of well-produced, varietally typical product from its unique set of terroirs, Joaquin strikes a far deeper chord. Raffaele’s wines veer aesthetically from the mainstream of their appellation while simultaneously seeming to reveal something even truer and more visceral about their place of origin. To taste Joaquin is not only to experience a stunning bottle of wine, but to undergo a paradigm shift—to sense things heretofore un-encountered in these varieties and these terroirs. to enjoy a fantastic selection of wine from the Campania Region of Italy!

Second time eating there and each time the food was AMAZING! Foods I normally wouldn’t eat, or don’t like, I ate it based on how it was cooked and prepared! My wife and I love how the waiters explain the dish before or after it arrives, and give their recommendations without the pressure of actually ordering it. Very informative and excited when they share what’s on the menu! Everything is so well made and DELICIOUS, you’d figure the price would be more, yet still worth it!! As long as I reside in Ga (military) we will continue to eat here!

I have experienced exceptional service when dining at the Cork & Flame. My last experience was a date night with hubby on 21 Sep at 5pm and our experience was not as pleasant. We were seated at a high top table next to the entrance door directly across from the register. The atmosphere was nice and calm and we were enjoying our time together. Our waiter's name was James. I noticed that we were not afforded the opportunity to receive the pallet cleaners. I noticed the table next to us was offered pallet cleaners and the table in front of us was served pallet cleansers, so I asked James about it. We were informed that the service was given for those dining in the inner dining room and not in the social area. He then brought out pallet cleansers to our table. As he had already done for the table in front of us (in the social area). The table next to us was also offered pallet cleaners for their table by another waiter. I had also ordered tea but was told he would check to see if any tea was in stock but never got any feedback and no tea was brought out. We truly enjoyed the brussel sprouts and ordered two extra to take with us. Once our ticket arrived we noticed the brussel sprouts was not included. We asked James to add it to our ticket but unfortunately it took 45 minutes for our order to arrive. We were finished with our meal and waited 45 minutes extra. I asked James about it and he said he spoke to management and it was not ready yet. We finally got our order but by then, we left very frustrated. I feel that we were discriminated against or not treated equally as the other guests. I recommend that in the social area that either everyone or no one should be served the pallet cleaners so that this will not be a big deal in the future. It's not about the pallet cleaners but that guest be treated equally. I hope this review will change how people are viewed, and treated as a learning experience to make a difference in our community.

We fed a Friday night wine tasting and then had dinner. I had the lobster bisque for an appetizer and the pork chop for dinner. They were both fantastic!

This restaurant was a delightful experience. The ambience was pleasant without being stuffy. The service was very good, and the food was excellent. I was expecting a more expensive dinner, so I was very pleased with the price. I recommend the restaurant to anyone hoping for a very nice evening at a fine dining establishment.

Went for a birthday celebration was greeted properly and the birthday acknowledge and our party was given a glass of champagne while we waited to be seated. Once seated the service level was gone. Sat for over 10 minutes waiting for the server. Had to ask for water twice and bread twice. Appetizers were not served together to each party. Entrees were over cooked. Had been to this restaurant on several occasions but was disappointed on this visit.

Food was great other than the steak being overcooked. Also, the food took so long. We were there for 2 hours.
