Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

Our first time dining at Cork and Flame was exceptional and truly lived up to the anticipation. We chose this high-end spot for a date night and secured a reservation through OpenTable, which was seamless. Thomas, our server, was knowledgeable, humorous, and contributed greatly to the enjoyable ambiance of the evening. We started with the cheese bread, followed by the shrimp vindaloo, salmon, and wild boar. Each dish was outstanding—while there were minor details we could nitpick, none were significant enough to detract from the experience. We ended the meal with the deconstructed apple pie and crème brûlée, both of which were superb. Overall, I would rate the entire experience a 9 out of 10. It was a fantastic evening with only a few minor notes that kept it from perfection.

Overall, our experience was good. The server provided excellent service. I ordered the Shrimp Vindaloo, but the rice was undercooked. The server promptly replaced it with a new plate, which was appreciated. However, we were surprised by a 3% credit card fee, which is quite unusual for a fine dining restaurant.

We frequent C&F often, its our favorite restaurant, and the experience is always OUTSTANDING! Chef Justin & staff are amazing, the food & service are ALWAYS absolutely Top Notch AWESOME!!!

From the moment we walked in the door the service at Cork & Flame was excellent! Our cocktails were perfect! The flavors of every dish were also melt in your mouth delicious. However, my halibut entree was slightly over cooked, so not as moist as it could have been. Otherwise, we both enjoyed Cork & Flame very much!

We waited for a while to get food. We were told no French presses were available and I would have to wait. My food came out and the other 3 did not follow. Finally after 10 minutes or more the server informed me I was given someone Shae’s food. It was meant for another table. I then told her my food was cold mainly the eggs. As I was eating off my Plate she said they would remake them for me. She then told me she would take my plate and it would be remade. As I was eating now my food was taken. Seemed really odd. She brought me my same leftovers back to the table minus my sausage. The others got the pasta and their food was served cold as well. My meal cost 2 of us more than $60 with top. Thus was the others first time eating at your restaurant. I had a similar experience on Morhers Day a few years back. Called about it and never heard back from a manager. I really enjoy the restaurant but was embarrassed as to how it was handled this past Sunday.

It was VERY cold in the restaurant and it was very loud. However the food was delicious.

Food took 11/2 hours to come out. Got stuck in basically a hallway at a tiny table…. Ambiance was terrible. Also no potatoes were served with my filet mignon which was listed as part of the plate on the menu

1st time dining. Food was delicious & service was excellent. Amber was wonderful. The deconstructed apple pie was a great share at the end of the meal.
