Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

Always an awesome evening at the Cork and Flame! Great bottle of red suggested and the Red Snapper Entree is fantastic! Overall a great experience. Dress up a bit and enjoy a great evening out!

I visited the establishment prior to the expansion and was definitely impressed with the ambiance and the dining experience. My waitress was new so she was assisted by another partner and the care was top notch. Portion sizes were good and the wine was flowing. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

We have been to Cork and Flame several times. Our service last night (for a Monday night- restaurant wasn’t nearly as busy as it usually is) could have been better. Water was not refilled during the 2nd half of dinner and the drinks from the bar took too long.

A marvelous experience, between the food, the ambience and the service, everything is spot on. A truly unique experience brought to Augusta, that won’t be found anywhere else here.

This is my first brunch service. I thought there would be better Father’s Day meal options. Service was great as usual and the drinks were as well.

We had a wonderful Father’s Day’s brunch. Excellent food and the drinks were also great. Everything was topped by the server Page. A wonderful afternoon

We enjoyed Father's Day brunch. We have found at each visit that the menus vary and are excellently prepared. Our servers were attentive and helpful.

First timers!! Absolutely amazing experience!! Husband had the Byson, and it was great !! I had chicken, it was delicious!! Love the atmosphere for a couple date night. It is definitely do again!! Our servers were very knowledgeable and friendly..

The overall experience was great! We had a great sever (Kimberly) and the restaurant has a great feel. The only thing I wish, is that the portion size for brunch be slightly larger. The food was beautifully presented and was absolutely delicious. Awesome job!
