Core de Roma Trattoria is a casual, intimate, Luigi and Judy's Pinti's family owned restaurant, offering authentic Roman cuisine while upholding the best of Roman tradition. Some examples of our mouth watering Roman delicacies include our signature Artichokes alla Core de Roma, Saltimbocca, and Bucatini all'Amatriciana. We spelled our name as “Core de Roma” intentionally, meaning “The Heart of Rome” in our family's dialect. Our ultimate goal is to make all of our customers feel like family through our cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and home-made dishes. At Core de Roma you can expect the true heart of Rome in the heart of Belmont Hills.

Caesar salad was tasteless which was surprising. Pasta dish was good and people seemed to like their entrees. Would go back.

A great and consistent neighborhood gem. The food is made to order and we've had lots of great meals here. We went with the spaghetti and meatballs and bolognese this time, both classic and fantastic. A nice home made cannoli for dessert and I always appreciate a great cup of coffee. Attentive, personalized service. We'll be back, soon.

This gem in Belmont Hills is a keeper. I have been there several times and have never been disappointed. All 3 in my group raved about their entree and the Tiramisu was fantastic

Wonderful from start to finish. Judy was great. Attentive. The food was outstanding. My husband had the Core de Roma with veal. I had the same dish with the chicken. The chicken was so tender that I was able to cut it with my fork. Our dining companion had the salmon. No leftovers! For dessert we shared the tartufo and the limoncello cake. Yum! Looking forward to our next meal!

Authentic roman cuisine in an under-stated neighborhood place. Delicious artichoke app, burrata was so fresh and delicious, good calamari. Our table enjoyed the homemade pastas, chicken piccata, veal saltimbocca. Ricotta Cheesecake and chocolate covered bombe were delicious. Will be back!

This was our first time at his location, and they didn't disappoint. The waitstaff was very attentive, and the warm, homemade bread with their olive oil and bean dip was fantastic. We had the backed eggplant with pasta, and the spaghetti with muscles, and both were delicious. The cannolis were delicious and beautifully plated. We'll definitely be coming back.
