As advertised! We simply had a wonderful experience for our anniversary. The overall ambiance combined with exquisite food was second to none. The culinary skills that were on display via the courses left us stunned. A place to experience over and over again

We had a superb meal accompanied by an excellent and generous win flight. The service was attentive without being intrusive and we greatly enjoyed being given the chef's table so we could watch the kitchen as we ate. Perfect for a special celebration.

When you book a duch restaurant, you expect to spend a nice moment. Unfortunately, and despite a great food, the service is efficient but give you the impression that the team has a train to catch. More, there is not enough space between the tables and the ambiance is not quiet enough. In bref, a great culinary experience spoiled by a really too fast service.

It is overall excellent and highly worth a visit if you can secure a table This was our second visit and the standards are extremely high, this was 12 months ago and almost all the same staff are there this time around which is a great indicator

The food was exquisite but what made the experience for us were how the staff were warm and friendly. They chatted to us when they visited our table and we learnt about each of them. There were none of the pretentious leanings that you feel at other restaurants allowing you to eat and encouraged to ‘mop’ your food. Loved it.

We had a fabulous evening at Core celebrating a special birthday. The service throughout in the bar and restaurant was impeccable. The restaurant’s decor was tasteful and calm. The food was outstanding, amazing presentation and sublime flavours. We ate from the classic tasting menu and enjoyed the well matched wine flight. My only slight criticism was at times it was difficult to hear the waiting staff and sommelier.

Food was good but place was too noisy. Uncomfortable. We wanted to eat and leave immediately. It’s not like a 3 Michelin starred restaurant it was like a pub.
