Everything was fine except for my wife not being able to use the rest room at the end of the meal. The rest room is in the lobby of the hotel which happens to be on a tourist trolly stop. So all these people get off the trolly and go into the lobby of the hotel to use the bathrooms. There was a line of 20 girls in the lobby waiting to use up the one women’s bathroom. We had to walk quickly back to our B&B to get to the bathroom. For that reason alone we would never go back to Cordova nor would we recommend it to anyone. Plus the meals were over expensive

Both the food and service were fantastic. Did the chef’s tasting special for Christmas. Highly recommend it.

We are regulars at Cordova and love it. Christmas Eve was extremely busy and we found it difficult to find a place to sit in the lounge while waiting for our dinner reservation at 6:30. The kitchen was slow and we didn't finish dinner until 9:30. We'll definitely go back but this experience was out of the ordinary. We have dined here on Christmas Eve for the last 6 years so it's become somewhat of a tradition for us. Never had this much of a delay in the past.

If I can give the service zero stars I would. Let me start by saying that we did ask to increase our party table from 8 to 10 and the restaurant was able to accommodate that request. That was nice of them. Our reservation was at 7 pm but we didn’t get the food until 8:45 pm AND!!! They brought out the main course without sides!!! The sides - French fries - were served after everyone was finished with the main food!!! We kept asking and the waiter kept saying we will get them soon. She did try to make it right by bringing us three desserts for free, however, it took almost 45 minutes to get the bills which came incorrect and they had to straighten them out, so we could pay to be able to leave the restaurant. And on top of it all, the hostess there dared to tell us: “but the main thing is that we got your whole party in, right?” So she justified the poor service with the fact that they accommodated two additional people into our party. Expensive and extremely poor service. Not worth it. Absolutely not worth it.

Great food, great service however it took over 2 hours and after dinner was served we had to flag down the waitress to get a check. Loud group seated next to us but overall the noise level is low enough to be able to hear the people at your table.

Food was subpar, atmosphere was cute and server was amazing. Would not return as the food was just soooooooo bland. For reference we had, the bread, caesar salad, fried potatoes, fried oysters, meatballs, the filet steak, the ribeye, red fish, scallops. The kids mac & cheese was Kraft.

Food great, ambience wonderful , service very poor! Took more than 1 hour for main course to be served after our appetizers . Ordered broccoli and received asparagus instead . Side dishes only arrived when we almost finished eating our main course . Won’t go back.

The service was really bad. I don't know if our server was new but he didn't check in with us. After 15 mins I had to ask him to take our drink order. He didn't refill the sodas.

Absolutely recommend the Sunday buffet. It was a totally beautiful experience. Just perfect for our Anniversary.
