Cordo is derived from the geographical word Cordillera; the parallel mountain ranges together with intervening plateaus. Cordo looks to celebrate our unique and beautiful region and the bounty it offers through fresh ingredients from local farmers and ranchers. Our kitchen is dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience with the freshest ingredients and detailed execution of the Executive Chef’s vision.

The Bar Program at Cordo is an experience of BC. A wide selection of BC Liquors is the foundation for creating our signature cocktails using fresh juice from BC fruit and vegetables accented by herbs from our in-house herb garden. House-made syrups from local BC products with a touch of house made bitters will be the accent that creates a unique cocktail experience. The beer and wine offerings will be of local craftsman displaying the true talent and expertise in Kamloops and surround B.C. regions.

My first ever brisket (with Alabama sauce) and it was melt in the mouth good.

Booked based on other positive reviews, but our experience was not great. While our server was quite good, the general consensus from our party of 4 was that the food was not. I ordered pork belly appetizer and the brisket main course, both of which were significantly overcooked. The pork belly in particular was very hard to bite and chew, well beyond overdone. The artichoke appetizer was quite good by comparison. My wife has a serious anaphylactic allergy to the chili/capsicum family, and after being reassured certain dishes contained none of those, we had to send 2 items back due to the presence of chili powder, jalapenos, and/or paprika. The bar made a great old fashioned, and my wife greatly enjoyed the gin tasting flight. The room itself is very nice, and I'm sure all those positive reviews are legitimate, but the kitchen seemed to be having an off night.

Prime rib was excellent, red.curry dish was over spiced with cumin. Salads were good. Service was very good. Would not recommend red curry dish.

Busy Restaurant with capable staff but food quality could be improved. A strange starter of cured salmon (not much salmon but an excess of other) was followed by a tough unattractive elk steak and a disappointing crème brûlée. to be fair, another meal in the same restaurant one week later with different food was much better. Then, the steak was excellent

Service was a bit slow, took 30 min to get drinks. Food was average. We had an excellent meal a year ago on our way to Vancouver, unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. Our waitress tried very hard, but the kitchen didn’t live up to their abilities.

Everything was just amazing. Food is absolutely delicious, and the service is also quite good. The fish is prepared to emphasize the freshness of the area. Definitely a place to return!

Good cocktails and great food, especially the CRB burger which was awesome! Juicy beef, soft bun and amazing toppings…loved the pork belly and crispy onions.
