CORD by Le Cordon Bleu in London is an all-in-one concept that integrates a café, a restaurant and cooking school where a team of expert chefs from Le Cordon Bleu offer gourmet short courses in worldwide cuisine, food and wine pairing, bakery, and pâtisserie. CORD also hosts corporate short courses ideal for team building followed by a meal at the restaurant.
Under the leadership of Executive Chef Karl O'Dell, the restaurant menus are masterfully designed by the best-in-class chef brigade. From seasonal à la carte menus to set lunch and dinner tasting menus, CORD's diners can savour delicious dishes like the showstopping Highland Venison. The restaurant also boasts two private dining rooms, furnished with audio-visual equipment.
For a lighter meal option, CORD's Parisian-style café offers an array of homemade sandwiches, soups, salads, viennoiserie and pâtisserie.
CORD restaurant, café, and institute space are available for exclusive hire for a variety of events.

Creative and interesting. The food was okay. Some dishes lacked seasoning, others over salted. Desert highly recommend the Chocolate Delice, but would pass on the poached pear. Ordered- lobster-sea urchin ravioli, scallop ceviche, venison, sea bass, poached pear and chocolate delice.

Food was excellent except for a hair in our food which staff offered to replace the dish and didn’t charge.
