Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Outstanding dinner with 11 other family members. Food and service was top notch by the entire Coray team especially Casey and Lexi! Each course was better than the previous, and the first course was a 12 out of 10 stars. Javier and kitchen chefs are the best in the area and well beyond Albany county. Make a reservation, and you are in for a fabulous culinary experience. Thank you Coray!!!

Coray is a wonderful place for dinner! This is our 7th time there and it is absolutely delicious! We are never disappointed! A must go to place!

I had paella.w ife had halibut. good was fresh and flavorful. clams were succulent. We sat at the "nook" table. Noise was much more tolerable than our previous visit when we sat in middle of room.

What an incredible gem... and less than two miles from my house! My wife and I ate here for the first time over the weekend, and it won't be the last. The space was warm and inviting, with a proper bar and comfortable seating that was adequately spaced. As the restaurant filled to near capacity, it certainly got louder, but never objectionably so. The food was absolutely delicious. Impeccably fresh ingredients combined with obvious passion and care. The service was friendly and attentive. Top marks and best wishes to Javier, Casey, and their team. We look forward to our next visit to Coray Kitchen.

Food was excellent. Kelly the waitress was very good. We had the Tuna and the Chicken special. This is our second time visiting this restaurant and the food and the premises were both excellent.

First time there. Kelly was an excellent server and very helpful explaining the menu. Food and wine were great. We will definitely return.
