Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region.

We create custom menus driven by the seasons that exceed expectations, make lasting memories, and enhance the guest experience. Catering platter pick up, and full service off-site event catering are available.

Lexi (and team) did an amazing job with cocktails and food as we sat at the bar. Empanadas and ceviche were stellar small plates, and the tuna and lobster pasta were the best my friend and I had ever had. Courses were timed perfectly. My friend is from LI, and she wishes Coray could open a place in Melville NY. She couldn’t believe how lucky we are to have this treasure of a restaurant in Albany county.

Absolutely wonderful place. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere great and the food, the food was the best we have had in Albany, hands down. Javier is a magician. Eat at this place. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Coray Kitchen. The staff were very welcoming and each one wished me a happy bday at some point. We asked for recommendations for dinner and Zan was very familiar with all the dishes. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The side dishes were very complementary to the entree. My husband got the paella, and I got the halibut. We split a half dozen oysters as an appetizer and a key lime pie for dessert. I would highly recommend everything! And the ambience was very welcoming, perfect for a date night. We will definitely be returning!

We had a very good experience at Coray last night. The noise level is much improved, and the quality and preparation of the food is very good. We are very happy to have them in our neighborhood!

This is our favorite spot! We feel the ingredients are very high quality and fresh- and the chef knows what he is doing!

The experience of eating at Coray kitchen was top-notch. We are so lucky to have this gem in our little town. The food is unique and outstanding, and the service is just so lovely. The host, bartender and server all bring a level of warmth, enthusiasm and expertise to their roles. We loved every minute of our time there.

My expectations were very high considering the excellent reviews, and I’m happy to say this experience did not disappoint. Our server was extremely personable, the specials were great additions to the menu, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. We will absolutely be back and have already started raving to our friends and family about how special a gem this restaurant is.
