Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region.

We create custom menus driven by the seasons that exceed expectations, make lasting memories, and enhance the guest experience. Catering platter pick up, and full service off-site event catering are available.

Lovely international-style restaurant; very nice service, competent and charming; interesting specials and a really nice standing menu. Tables are a little close and the music is a little loud for easy conversation. Wine list is short but good. Nice to have easy access to excellence in downtown Delmar.

Food and atmosphere outstanding. Bar space looks amazing. Seating for 4 or more intimate seating available. Not noisy however wasn’t full while I was there. Highly recommend checking it out

So nice to have a high quality restaurant right in Delmar. Menu was creative, food was flavorful and nice presentation. I will definitely go back.

Our favorite dish is their paella, it is delish! This was our second visit and we will be going back!

This was our third time going to Coray Kitchen. Food is always delicious, oysters always fresh, and service is fantastic. It’s about time there is suck a great restaurant in the area. We will be back!

lovely with beautiful flowers. outdoor dining is in the works. all the help is friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely delicious.

Lexi (and team) did an amazing job with cocktails and food as we sat at the bar. Empanadas and ceviche were stellar small plates, and the tuna and lobster pasta were the best my friend and I had ever had. Courses were timed perfectly. My friend is from LI, and she wishes Coray could open a place in Melville NY. She couldn’t believe how lucky we are to have this treasure of a restaurant in Albany county.

Absolutely wonderful place. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere great and the food, the food was the best we have had in Albany, hands down. Javier is a magician. Eat at this place. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Coray Kitchen. The staff were very welcoming and each one wished me a happy bday at some point. We asked for recommendations for dinner and Zan was very familiar with all the dishes. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The side dishes were very complementary to the entree. My husband got the paella, and I got the halibut. We split a half dozen oysters as an appetizer and a key lime pie for dessert. I would highly recommend everything! And the ambience was very welcoming, perfect for a date night. We will definitely be returning!
