Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region.

    Excellent food, very accommodating staff, almost too quickly served. Food a little pricey but worth it on special occasions. Wine and drinks very overpriced and would keep me from going often.

    This was our first trip to Coray restaurant. We have heard the buzz from many different sources and were delighted to discover that Coray is worthy of the buzz! The menu offers options that are not the usual fair at most high end local restaurants. The food was savory and delicious. We had the shrimp and fritter appetizer to start. The service was excellent and very friendly. They take a team approach to serving so you are never left wanting for anything. For our main course, we had the Halibut and the lobster with house made pasta. The portions are generous and delicious. We boxed up the pasta/lobster dish as it was quite a large serving. The ambiance was lovely. Finally the artwork was quite interesting and the colorful abstract add to the overall personalize touches and coolness of this place. Upon leaving we realized that the artwork was created by the chef’s young daughter. All in all it was a great experience and we will be back!

    This was our second visit to Coray Kitchen, and the consistency impressed us! We sat at the bar, as we prefer, and had good cocktails, excellent service, and top notch food, very much enjoying the ceviche, the harissa cauliflower, and for entrees the tuna special and the tomahawk pork chop special…..we look forward to our next visit!

    This was our first visit. Food was fantastic. Kelly was fantastic at what she does in representing the restaurant. Kelly's suggestions along with helping us to decide what to try was on point. We will be back.

    The food is always delicious and eclectic. The service is warm and attentive and not obtrusive. One of our favorite spots and so lucky to have locally.

    The food was excellent as always. The lobster pasta has so much lobster you will have a piece of lobster in every bite. The steak is cooked perfectly and has no waste on it. The appetizers are so good it is difficult to choose. I highly recommend Coray Kitchen

    What an excellent evening! The food was delicious; the service was polite, friendly and helpful, and; the ambience was perfect. Beautiful presentation of every dish, from the halibut to the duck confit to the pork chop to the lobster fettuccine. We look forward to out next visit to Coray Kitchen!

    Our second time in. Full of diners all chatting, but despite that the room is very quiet thanks to the great attention to the acoustical treatment...a rarity around here. The food was good the first time, just excellent this time. The service is top notch. Can't wait to go back!
