Whether you’re indulging in a quiet morning with a fresh almond croissant on our patio or savoring an evening apéro, Coquette is the perfect escape. Our menu is complemented by classic French cocktails and a wine list curated by Advanced Sommelier Fabien Boudart.

Discover our monthly wine classes and exclusive wine club, designed for wine enthusiasts and those new to the experience. As owner Jill Marcus shares, “Coquette isn’t just for French cuisine aficionados. The Coq au Vin was outstanding! Service was great, and the restaurant accommodated us when we were stuck in traffic and could not get there on time. Dessert was fabulous too.

Excellent dining experience with well-curated menu and wine list. Beautiful bar and exceptional cocktails. Appetizers through desserts there were no misses and everything came out promptly and was delicious. I recommend the Provençal chicken fried in duck fat with fresh herbs and also the steak frites. Already looking forward to returning with friends.

What a lovely French brasserie!!! So sunlit, tall ceilings and felt truly Parisian. The kitchen was very accommodating as well. I loved this as it felt very akin to a brasserie I love dearly in the meatpacking district of NYC. However- please hire different hosts or train them on customer service.

New favorite restaurant in Charlotte. Everything was absolutely spectacular, the wine choices were amazing, and there was something for everyone. Do not skip Charred Scallops and Brussels Sprout salad, I would order both again and again!!

I ordered the Croque Madame and it was the best one I have had in CLT. The coffee was also good but be advised they only have real sugar so you may want to bring your own artificial sweetener. The ambience was excellent. The decor is very stylish, and I appreciated the French music.

The food and atmosphere were excellent, but the service was not so good. The waiter kept us waiting for a long time, taking ages to come to our table. The restaurant wasn't even full for that to be justifiable.

The place was very full, but even so my chair was so comfortable that I forgot the space on the side... A perfect place to have a drink, exchange ideas and enjoy the center of Charlot... The view is beautiful, the service is The customer is impeccable, the delicious food manages to highlight the ingredients promised in the initial menu. I would like them to make it easier to get the water in the bathroom, it comes out of a duck that I really almost couldn't put into operation...

Love the restaurant, and service is stellar. But VERY disappointed that Salade Niçoise was taken off the menu, as I came specifically to have it! How can a French restaurant NOT offer Salade Niçoise?! I ordered the Croque Monsieur instead, and while it was tasty, it was very heavy. I don’t recommend it for lunch. The portion of frites that comes with entrees is really big, so if you’re dining with someone I’d suggest one person get frites and the other a salad….that way you can share.
