   Nothing was great and not worth the money. The regular restaurants in the bay had better food than this.

   My wife and I had the best dining experiences of our lives last evening. The food was outstanding as well as the service. We couldn’t have had better service. Everything was exquisite. If we lived here we’d be here every week if not more.

   Beautiful restaurant. The menu great, but I wasn't familiar with some of the ingredients. Anyway, all the dishes were so good. My friend and I scallops, fried chicken, bone marrow, and i believe a lentil starter. I had a hot tea, and my friend had a mezcal margarita on the rocks.

   We had Madison as our server. She was delightful, and so was her helper. We let Madison choose our vegetarian entrees and she didn’t disappoint. Each dish was flavorful and unique. We ate in the lovely upstairs area-quieter than downstairs.

    I'll be honest. I went in really wanting to like this place. The decor is awesome, the FOH staff were terrific and so much more accommodating than they needed to be. But between the waiter being a little too helpful and sort of determining what we wanted instead of ourselves, and elbows of folks in my face trying to clear our table before we'd even finished eating (and taking away plates before we were even done) we really felt unwelcome and just pushed out. Our entire table has worked in restaurants, so we're not exactly squatting on time either. I think between the small sized portions, and just sort of feeling rushed to eat and get out, I didn't have a good experience. The staff were lovely though. My vivid experience of the evening is having a spoonful of lamb curry about to enter my mouth, before it was knocked away by a staff member eagerly trying to take away a (full) bowl of chicken biriyani before it was even complete. I understand clearing the table, I do. But can you wait till we're done, or at the very least, choose a moment when it's not literally going to intrude on meal? It's not that urgent.
