Food is great but this is 3rd visit and 2nd time where we got a new waiter on their first night, as he repeatedly told us. Didn’t know the menu, overwhelmed and apps, salads and entries all arriving within minutes of one another.

Really don’t understand the negative reviews. Our dining experience was great! Had a six o’clock reservation and were greeted and seated immediately. Our server took our drink order and brought bread and a dish of olive oil and Parmesan. First course was Caesar salad and wife and I shared . We ordered Chicken Piccata main course and shared as well. Chicken was tender and tasty. Dessert finished with delicious cannoli and cappuccino’s. We were out the door by Seven fifteen so service was anything but slow . Will definitely return.

I honestly am a steak snob and this was the best NY strip steak I had ever had! It literally melts in your mouth and is tender like filet mignon. Everyone in our party loved their meals. The staff were continually checking in to make sure we had an excellent experience which we did! Highly recommended this restaurant.

Food was great, chicken was very tender and tasty. Only complaint is my wife wanted pasta with carbonara sauce and chef refused to make it.

The food at Coppolillo's is outstanding. We had a very nice dinner and the wait staff were very attentive and helpful. The only downside was the sports bar alongside the restaurant tables. It was not loud, just seemed out of place for an elegant restaurant. The time there was quite enjoyable and we would recommend it heartily to everyone who enjoys a nice dinner out.

Great food. Ambience was excellent, except for the extremely loud table of 4, right next to us, with loud voices, and irritating loud cackling laughs. Would have been nice, if management told them to calm it down. When giving us the check, the server only said thank you to and looked only at my wife, and totally ignored me. That was not nice, nor appreciated.

Great food. We were fortunate to eat on the patio and it was perfect. Servers and management very friendly.

The chicken marsala was excellent. The sauce was so very tasty and the chicken nice and tender. A side dish of pasta with tomato sauce was served with it and should not have been. The flavors of the marsala and tomato sauce were definitely at odds with each other and not a good match. One taste was enough to just focus on the excellent marsala. The garlic bread was also excellent, though rather overpriced at $20. But overall, dinner in such nice surroundings was outstanding. We will be back.

Better than many other NorthShore restaurants. Could easily pick up the entire restaurant and place it in Sonoma or Napa and would be of similar qualities. Wine list was not overbearing; about an even split between well-known names and new arrivals. The atmosphere was only bested by the food. The Short Rib Bolognese was terrific, and the cannoli birthday treat from the manager was something straight of Italy. Bravo Coppolillo's!!
