CHC Restaurant Group, the group that recently brought Rosebud Steakhouse to Munster, is excited to introduce our Italian Steakhouse concept, Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse to Crown Point, Indiana. Been here a few times already. Food has always been amazing, JoMo our waiter which I ask for all the time is absolutely amazing and friendly. His recommendations on drinks and food have always been spot on. Drinks were also amazing, so big shout out to the bartender Demetri for his the amazing drinks. Definitely recommend this place. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I’ve been there twice now and both occasions have been a disappointment. Food quality, temperature and ambiance is not good. Especially for the high prices. I’d rather continue going to the city to experience a real steak house.

We had Josh as our server and he was wonderful! Food came out pretty quick, and was warm! Everything was wonderful!

I hate when the salad comes out before you’re even halfway through with the appetizer. And the dinner comes out before you’re even start eating the salad! We purposely told the waiter we wanted to wait to order because of that but he said he would spread it out. We had all 3 courses delivered to our table within minutes. Our tiny table for two couldn’t hold all the plates so we had to rush. The baked clams were flavorless, so we let those go to make room. The strawberry salad was good, but by the time I got to my dinner the pasta was cold. Like refrigerator cold. We had to ask three times for bread after seeing other tables with it. Would’ve ordered a second bottle of wine but once our food was delivered, couldn’t get anyone’s attention. If we go back, we will just sit at the bar and snack. A $300 dinner for two should be enjoyable.

This was our first time trying Coppolillo’s for Valentine’s Day and we were not impressed with the environment. We sat at a very unsteady circle table that was smashed into the main dining room with a lot of other tables. We were very close to every table around us and it felt like these tables were just brought in and pushed together for Valentine’s Day. I had the ribeye Italiano and it was sub par. The side of brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes and oysters were amazing. We loved our wine and our server was wonderful. We’ve heard a lot of good things about this place so our bar was set high. Was not as expected

The food was good, but our steaks were not hot. My steak was not done to my request, either. The cocktail, salad and dessert were great. The service was great, although we were confused as to why all other tables got baskets of bread and we did not. We ordered a salad and it came with one piece of garlic bread, split to share. We just laughed as the table next to us was asked if they wanted more bread, when we weren’t offered. Also, we felt a little rushed at the end and were not offered coffee. I know it was Valentine’s Day, and the second wave of people was probably coming in. I felt like the tables were too close together and it was very, very noisy. One side note that my husband and I found funny was that the music consisted of songs that were not love songs. It almost seemed on purpose because it was one after another, songs about break ups, like “separate lives” by Phil Collins and “lying eyes” by the Eagles. I don’t know if that was an inside joke because the waiter said they usually fit the music to the holiday.

We were here on Valentine's Day, so it was very busy, yet did not feel rushed. Service was outstanding, from the greeting at the door to the bus staff politely clearing our table. Food was excellent, server was well-informed and helpful regarding food choices. Price was reasonable for a high-end restaurant. Will definitely be back for special occasions.
