Honoring its roots as a world-class department store, Coppin’s Restaurant epitomizes the rich history of Covington. Nestled in the heart of Northern Kentucky within the beautiful boutique Hotel Covington, it provides its guests with an open and modern environment that feels cozy and comfortable without compromising style or sophistication. The menu features an array of local, sustainably-sourced options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner that change with the seasons. Coppin’s invites you to enjoy your meal in our intimate glass atrium, expansive bar and lounge area featuring a full-service coffee bar, or in our lovely lawn/patio. The bar features both original craft cocktails and clever twists on the classics with one of the largest bourbon selections in NKY.

Beautiful setting. Absolutely delicious fois, creative cocktails, decent wine and boyrbon selection!!! Highly recommend. Forgot to take pix. Roasted Chicken and scallops were both great...and the starter carrots...and bacon brussels!!! Will be back

Food and service were excellent! I had the omelette and my cousin had the breakfast sandwich and we both enjoyed our meal. I took home the frittata to my husband and he loved it.

Our party of four were quite satisfied with Genesis’s excellent service but disappointed in the overall quality of our food. The Eggs for our Eggs Benedict were hard cooked and the English muffin became quite wet with the spinach. The toast was barely browned, the the hash brown were overly seasoned, and the tater tots seemed tough ( not puffy as one might expect).

Had dinner here with a small group for a birthday, and it was a great experience. There was a custom birthday card waiting on the table. Our server, Robin, was friendly and checked in with us appropriately throughout the evening. A few other staff also stopped by to check and make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were perfect for a low-key yet elegant dining experience.

We started with a meat and cheese board that was nice @ $24. My wife and I had the Coppin burger due to my first selection of French dip being sold out. The burger presentation was very nice. The "beef fat fries" where plentiful but not as special as led to believe. Wife had a mocktail and I had a beer total bill ended up being $70+ for burgers and fries not counting tip and parking fee. The staff was very nice and the building clean and well decorated. I just felt it was over priced for the fare that is offered, not necessarily for the location.
