Le restaurant Copperleaf est un véritable repère du nord-ouest américain où tout le monde se rassemble autour d’un repas préparé à base de produits de saison et inspiré par les recettes du terroir. L’équipe est dévouée et fidèle aux méthodes de l’établissement afin de vous proposer le meilleur à chaque saison. Le chef Mark Bodinet sélectionne personnellement les ingrédients au sein de petites fermes locales, mais aussi auprès de pêcheurs, de propriétaires de ranchs ou d’artisans. Il utilise également les produits de son propre jardin sur place pour la plupart des événements caritatifs qui sont organisés certains après-midis. Avant de passer à table, vous pourrez déguster un cocktail de saison ou un verre de Syrah au bar du restaurant. Le menu du salon y est disponible tous les jours. Nice ambience. Polite wait staff. Salad was disappointing. The gem salad had a vinaigrette dressing that was acidic and did not complement the salad ingredients. Offering some type of bread or cracker with the salad wound greatly enhance it, too. We did order the baguette half way through the meal, and it was very good. We had to request it, though.

This is a hidden oasis of NW ambiance. The service and food were wonderful. The coffee could have stronger and hotter but they were generous with refills and happy to provide decaffeinated.

I always stay at Cedarbrook and have dinner in the Copperleaf while passing through SeaTac. My most recent visit was during three large Christmas parties, so every available employee was on duty. In spite of what should have been total chaos, I was able to enjoy a great meal with Marco and the staff. What a wonderful place to stay and relax.

The food was not very good this visit which was a disappointment. The portions of the starter salad was like a meal salad and could be halved, or should be shared salad. Ravioli were not very flavorful and all of the greens and other things on top did not complement the dish. Overall not great food. The server was excellent and the site very nice with the fire going for holiday.

I was fooled by reviews again. I brought 7 of my family expecting what I read from the reviews paying $980 It was like small hotel breakfast.. I’ve been lots of hotel buffets but it was quite embarrassing to my family this time. We all agreed that the food was not good and the atmosphere was not like cozy or anything.. it was just a small hotel breakfast buffet i would say cost about 30-50 dollars max. I have nothing else to say but really hate the wrong reviews.

We’ve been coming here for years. It is reliably good food and an experience and setting that our friends and family enjoy. This year for Thanksgiving was slightly different. Our reservation was for 4pm however we waited in a long line for almost thirty minutes to be seated. From what I gathered, they were seating for the buffet in 3-4 groups throughout the day. It was not as enjoyable as the past and we felt rushed in that we had to get in and get out before the next group was to enter. This style also caused lots of traffic out front and really stacked up the folks visiting the buffet. We’ll think again when planning our next holiday. The food was 8 out 10. The price was outrageous. I know the cost of everything is up, however, $130 per person was too much given the entire experience. We knew the cost going in but were hoping for an experience that would justify the price, not cram in folks like cattle. I think we’ll keep this place in mind for regular dinner, happy hours, and give them some time to rethink their approach to holidays. In talking to the staff they seemed to feel the same. We witnessed a few staff and managers having some heated conversations which was unexpected.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving buffet there with my family. It was very easy to make reservations through OpenTable. Copperleaf is location in the Cedarbrook Lodge. Beautiful location... Even though there were a number of people dining there at the same time, Everything was organized and well planned. Lots of food options available at the buffet. I particularly liked all the salad options they had. The Thanksgiving turkey was perfect. Our table was in a quiet dining area close to windows that overlooked the hotel grounds. The staff were very helpful. They would be the main reason I would return. It felt like a very special place.

Came for the Thanksgiving buffet. Overall it was good, but didn't quite meet expectations—especially for the price. The good: - The lodge itself is lovely. The grounds of the place are lovely, and the view out of the ballroom windows was so perfectly autumn. Great ambiance. - The food quality was pretty good overall. The mashed potatoes and vegetable dishes were absolutely delicious. The seafood bar was definitely a highlight. The shrimp were huge and so good. Dessert too—the spiced creme brûlée and tiny pumpkin pie tarts were amazing. The bad: - Getting in for the seating time seemed unnecessarily complicated—instead of checking in as people got there and being given a table number, everyone was just milling around until it was time and the host had to individually hand out table numbers to the large crowd. Probably took 10min for us to actually get in there! - Sadly the prime rib I got was not at all tender, which was a bummer. I did see other people who appeared to have nicer cuts, so maybe it was just me. Salad bar/appetizers were just ok. Nothing special there, but good to have healthy options. The just ok - Beverage service was fine. The servers seemed quite lost when it came to handing out drinks, which was odd considering the table numbers! We were asked if we ordered cocktails multiple times, but they were for tables around us. - Our table seemed small for 3 people at a buffet. It seemed that we were sat at a table for two, which was cramped. Suggestions: - Definitely need to streamline the check-in process for seating times. - Would love to see a salmon option for the main protein, and also mac and cheese! Overall a fun Thanksgiving experience, but for the price I'm not sure if I'd go again.
