Le restaurant Copperleaf est un véritable repère du nord-ouest américain où tout le monde se rassemble autour d’un repas préparé à base de produits de saison et inspiré par les recettes du terroir. L’équipe est dévouée et fidèle aux méthodes de l’établissement afin de vous proposer le meilleur à chaque saison. Le chef Mark Bodinet sélectionne personnellement les ingrédients au sein de petites fermes locales, mais aussi auprès de pêcheurs, de propriétaires de ranchs ou d’artisans. Il utilise également les produits de son propre jardin sur place pour la plupart des événements caritatifs qui sont organisés certains après-midis. Avant de passer à table, vous pourrez déguster un cocktail de saison ou un verre de Syrah au bar du restaurant. Le menu du salon y est disponible tous les jours. Dinner by the fireplace. It was marvelous. I was not expecting that. Brian greeted and walked me to my table. Louisa was the sweetest server. She was very attentive and patient. I felt like her daughter by the end of my dinner. My expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend. You do not lave to be lodging at Cedarbrook to dine here.

We had brunch for our wedding anniversary and they reserved a table right in front of the fireplace for us. Fantastic food and the fresh croissant is incredible

What a beautiful venue with the most amazing team of professionals. We had fabulous cocktails at the bar and then a lovely dinner. The tastings on their October menu are not to be missed.

I had a fantastic time at Copperleaf for my birthday tonight. Our server Adrianna was so nice and provided great service, the food was delicious, and both of the cocktails I ordered really hit the spot. Being here while the weather is cooler really matches the vibe of the interior. It feels like you’re inside a very nice ski resort/lodge. Definitely wouldn’t know you were near SeaTac Airport. It was just the two of us, and so we were sat in a row of bistro tables with oversized chairs. The tables themselves are a bit small, but the seats were so comfortable. We got the smoked scallop chowder, pork belly, black cod, and steak frites. My steak frites were exactly as I’d hoped. The Mishima wagyu flat iron was so tender and perfectly seasoned — not overly salty, just enough to let the steak and accompanying chimichurri sing. I was also surprised by the portion of pomme frites. At this price point, you almost think they’re not gonna feed you, but I was quite full afterwards. I managed to find room for the basque cheesecake with fall spiced caramel sauce, which was also fantastic. Our server Adrianna ended by inviting us to walk around the back patio and see the outdoor space. It was beautiful. Makes me want to come back during warmer weather and eat outside. The koi ponds, greenery, and sounds of running water are so serene. The night was a definite win. We’ll have to come back with friends next time!

Needed a location not too far from Seatac airport and I am unfamiliar with the area. I found this and it was well rated. Made the reservation seamlessly. We arrived a bit early and they were able to accomodate us. Marco was our waiter who provided impeccable service. The food was delicious! I am recommending this to friends who live in the Seattle area.

Located in it's own quiet corner the Copperleaf was personable yet affordably eloquent. Highly recommend, staff super friendly,menu delicious!! Planning a return trip already.

Enjoyed Brunch at this hidden gem on a sunny Saturday at a window table overlooking the patio and gardens. The salmon scramble was the best I've ever had. The salmon content was generous but not overpowering due to being perfectly balanced with the gruyere cheese and aoili sauce. Our server Tina was friendly, professional, and efficient and even reminisced with us over the origins of Cedarbrook. I want to come back on a warm afternoon to enjoy the patio. It would be great if they started offering happy hour again.

We introduced friends to Copperleaf. They thoroughly enjoyed the evening: food was excellent and service was very pleasant and helpful but a bit slow at times. Overall, terrific experience.
