Le restaurant Copperleaf est un véritable repère du nord-ouest américain où tout le monde se rassemble autour d’un repas préparé à base de produits de saison et inspiré par les recettes du terroir. L’équipe est dévouée et fidèle aux méthodes de l’établissement afin de vous proposer le meilleur à chaque saison. Le chef Mark Bodinet sélectionne personnellement les ingrédients au sein de petites fermes locales, mais aussi auprès de pêcheurs, de propriétaires de ranchs ou d’artisans. Il utilise également les produits de son propre jardin sur place pour la plupart des événements caritatifs qui sont organisés certains après-midis. Avant de passer à table, vous pourrez déguster un cocktail de saison ou un verre de Syrah au bar du restaurant. Le menu du salon y est disponible tous les jours. Delicious dinner. Always good-this one reminded us of days when Roy was around. Scallop chowder very flavorful, duck (honey special) prepared perfectly. Steak salad had more generous portion of steak than in past and liked the addition of avocado. Always so good. Especially so last night!

I used to go here a lot. I was disappointed that the quality of service has dropped so much. Still a great location and wonderful ambience. Food is still good though not as good as before. BUT - No more free bread - No birthday treat - No after entree palette cleansing dish - The person that poured water had really bad service. Dropped water on our table and never wiped it off. We asked a couple questions and she never got back on them even though she promised to. Not vegan friendly. Won't be coming back.

I have been several times and the food has always been good. Staff is awesome. I would have not expected a 20% gratuity added since we had three separate bills.

This was our first visit and the experience exceeded our expectations across the board. The staff were gracious, welcoming, and efficient. We sat outside and the setting was lovely with a pond, gardens, and tables set a good distance from eachother. My martini was perfect, ice cold and dry. The house red wine was delicious. Service pacing was a strength- we did not feel rushed even though it was a busy night. The shrimp angelloti app was a hit. The artichoke main course was a medley of veggies - delicious but not much artichoke. The chicken dish featured a Dijon cream sauce, plums, and a bunch of roasted veggies. Perfectly prepared, not boring. We chose a copper leaf because of its proximity to the airport, but it’s worth the visit even from other parts of Seattle

The drinks and food were top notch. Presentation and flavors were delightful. What a beautiful setting. We hope to return when we revisit Seattle.

The service was excellent, the food/cocktails were delicious, and the ambience was top-tier. We went there 3 times during our 1 night stay at the Cedarbrook Lodge (also amazing). Every meal was a standout, and our server made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The Copperleaf provided us a very pleasant dining experience. We were sort of a captive audience, having already turned in our rental car in advance of our early morning flight. But we were pleased with dinner. It's a bit pricey, but the quality of the food was excellent, the menu reasonably varied with vegetarian options, and the service was friendly and knowledgeable.
