Overall we throughly enjoyed our evening with the exception that steak came in little cold so had to send it back for warming..

Disappointed dining experience. While the waiter was polite and professional food disappointed. Prime rib fatty and blah. While the loaded baked potato was huge it was ruined by overcooking in a microwave.Celebrating a milestone birthday which was identified on reservation and nothing. No offer of desert nothing. Then on waiting and waiting asked for bill, was shocked to see a “system fee” seriously this is not Vegas ! Overall a big disappointment on a special dining occasion.

Enrique and Gina are still amazing! Food is superb for the value and the ambiance is quiet and relaxed. Our second time dining at Copperhorn and will continue to enjoy it!

Service was great and food was very good. Two things hindered the experience. 1) Ambience - this is a steakhouse why is it so bright? They said it was because of face recognition but I say baloney. Fallsview Casino's steakhouse has perfect ambience. 2) Taxing an additional 2% for the privilege of paying them is ludicrous. Just another way for the Casino to cash in on greed. Credit card fees are nothing new. It's always been part of the cost to do business so just build it in man always has been done. What's next fees for the seat? Cheap and tacky!

Great place for a dinner with friends. Reasonably priced and offers a little fun after dinner. Great food and we had an awesome server!!!

The service staff were excellent. Very attentive. I had the shrimp cocktail which was excellent and nicely presented. I ordered the prime rib which came done to perfection (medium rare). It was flavorful and tender. My wife had the applewood smoked salmon appetizer and the sea bass as her main. Both were very tasty. We always enjoy our meal there

Great experience. Food was excellent. Our server Heather was a pleasure and very attentive and accommodating. She checked in to ask if we needed anything and how were we enjoying our meal. Definitely will return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food and service exceeded our expectations and our waiter, Enrique, was exceptional. The only thing we noted was the wine list which seemed rather limited.
