Copper is an Okay, Cool Group restaurant.
Every small town has a bar and if that bar’s worth a nickel, it’s got good whiskey. At Copper, we’ve got whiskey for every occasion and no shortage of the town’s best eats. Get to know the bartender, and all the regulars too, cause the bar stories are good. Supper is always your favorite, cause we know you that well. We accept online reservations of up to 13 guests. For groups larger than 13, please reach out to events@theokaycoolgroup.com to book your event!

Bozeman has several wonderful places to dine, and the Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill is one of them! Nicely decorated, comfortable seating, efficient management and staff, and a very creative menu (and specials) that are large portions at reasonable prices. Sigh. So many good restaurants in Bozeman from which to choose, but please be sure to include Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill on your dining "To Do" list!

We enjoyed our dinner! We had the pulled pork tacos, Brussel sprouts and honey butter skillet corn bread. All good! Service was great! You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered the trout. It was way overcooked. The top was hard and crunchy. Service was slow. They put water on every table before customers arrive. The water was warm as it had no ice. Would not go back or recommend..

Food was not good. Very bland and not cooked to proper temperature. I ordered steak and frites (medium well) and one of the medallions was medium rare and the French fries were not done at all. The steak and frites said the medallions were “herb marinated” but there was no flavor other than the herb butter.

Yummy food! Great staff! Busy busy but still good time with friends from out of town. So glad to see Copper rejuvenated and on the upswing! Just miss the roasted chicken, gumbo, and ribs of yore!! Please consider bringing them back?? Great option in what’s become an overpriced under-quality restaurant town!!

Best Caesar Salad I ever had- especialky if you like garlic. Perfect for us. I enjoyed aimplicity of Shrimp Couscous dish, could have used a bit more flavor/salt. The Bison Ragu was very good, albeit dried out in hot window. The place was very good, so we get it. Cocktails were on point- lived the Green Thimb and Chris was an excellent server.
