Step into our historic building, and you will immediately be greeted by its red-brick walls, exposed beams, and intimate bar space leading to an open and airy dining room and our fantastic back patio set for outdoor dining and conversations around our fire pit (weather permitting!).

Sit at the bar to enjoy an artisanal beer or oak-aged bourbon alongside a quick bite of charcuterie meats and cheeses, crispy brussels sprouts, or shark fries. Or venture into the heart of Copper Shark for a leisurely chef-inspired meal created by Chef Matthew Audette.

In addition to seasonal masterpieces, you can always count on classic cuisine like our petite filet, soup du jour and pot du creme. Weather permitting, we encourage you to cozy up next to our courtyard fire pit.

                                                      Great food, easy parking. Had a wonderful dinning experience. Decided to sit in the bar instead of the Main Dining Room. Some of the tables for two were just to close for comfort.

I did brunch here with my husband and 7 year old son and then came back the following week for happy hour and dinner with my best friend for her birthday both times was great. The food, ambiance and service was all top tier.

                                                      already have recommended copper shark to others. servicer (Christian) I would recommend. Everyone with the restaurant were nice. nice. happy to have dinner at copper shark. the 1/2 oval booth was interesting, and large for 2.

                                                      We had a great time at copper shark. Sat on the patio and the ambiance was great. Not too loud, nice and shady. Whipped ricotta and charcuterie board were delicious. Cocktails were delicious as well.

                                                      Dinner was outstanding! From the fried burrata, to the main dinner. It was great, I got homemade pasta with squid ink, lumps of crab meat this is a dish I would definitely get again! Pork chops, steak, scallops, salmon were dinners at our table; everyone raved about the food and the service. We sat on the patio, it was a beautiful night out. The atmosphere out there is so serene. Both top notch. Great selections of bourbons, we tasted a few! If you’ve never been to The Copper Shark, you’re missing out!

                                                      Promptly seated upon arrival. Early dining—not many tables taken on Tuesday early evening. Service was good. Dined here multiple times. New menu since last visit. Salmon was tasty. Crab cakes good amt of lump crab meat.
