Very good service even in a full restaurant. The meal, delicious. I have recommended the restaurant already to friends and family who travel to Knoxville occasionally. I’ll go back next time I’m in town.

Our party of 4 had four different entrees, and all were excellent. Prime rib was tender and perfect! Our server did an excellent job, and had a great personality!

Always fantastic service and food. I haven’t had the brunch buffet in years, and it was fantastic quality like ordering to your table. So many options to choose from! I typically wouldn’t order a buffet meal, but their brunch buffet is fantastic!

My spouse and I went to the Copper Cellar West Knoxville to celebrate a birthday. We ordered a bottle of wine, and each the 9 once Filet Mignon, salads, baked potato and steamed broccoli. When delivered, we noticed the texture of the steaks was "mushy" and the taste was not very good. The server brought a management rep to our table and we explained the issue to her. She argued that the steaks they served were always very good but refused to taste the steaks that had been served to us and were still mostly untouched. (In retrospect, I suspect that some tenderizer had been used on the steaks instead of salt or other spice.) The management rep took our plates (including the steaks, potato, and broccoli on the plates) and stated she would take the cost of the steaks off our bill. She left without offering to bring us new steaks or sides. Luckily, she left our wine and some bread for us to eat. When the bread and wine were gone, we paid the bill and left. We must commend our server for doing a great job despite all this.

Always love dining there. Delicious food…excellent service… and the dining experience is always a pleasure..quiet and enjoyable.

We loved the original Copper Cellar. Started going there in 1982 as a freshman at the University of Tennessee and continued going back until it closed last year. Was delighted to find the same quality, service and ambiance of the original downstairs at Copper Cellar West. Highly recommend.
