The live music was unexpected yet welcomed. The menu had lots of choices and the waitress did not steer us wrong. The peartini was delightful; kudos to the bartender.

This restaurant is simply fabulous, the food is exquisite, rich, flavorful. The service is fantastic and the ambiance is on point. Perfect date night dinner or upscale night out. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent food, really good service, and perfect atmosphere for dinner with jazz. Prices are a little high, but definitely worth it.

This place NEVER fails me. My girlfriends and I were here just to hangout and catch up. Even though the place was really crowded the service was quick and great. The music from the jazz trio lifted my spirits to 10 immediately. We absolutely love this restaurant. The meatloaf is a go to for me but the chicken pot pie is a fav as well.

Food was ok…mash potatoes were cold on top, hot inside. Food temperature overall was room temperature, not like it came fresh out the oven. Steak was cooked right, I like medium rare! Raspberry lemonade was the bomb (I like sugar)!

Lisa, my favorite Server at Copper Canyon always makes the experience special. She's consistently excellent and thoughtful. In addition, I love the new menu. It is wonderful to see new items and some old favorites still available. Moreover, Copper Canyon is an outstanding value! I love it.

I’ve been here several times and service is usually great. Tonight our drinks took longer than usual. Spinach dip took 20 mins or so to come out. Waiter came to the table 15 mins or so after taking drink order and appetizer to ask if we were ready to order entree clearly seeing we didn’t have drinks or appetizer. After we mentioned where were our drinks he went to check. So it was probably 30 mins before we got drinks. We ordered rib eye and got prime rib. They fixed it quick and it was good. It wasn’t a horrible experience because I wasn’t in a rush. Was a little more crowded than normal but not extremely crowded. I think they had a big group in the back that waa finishing up. My crab cake was salty and fishy tasting. Not normal for them. Wasn’t a great night. I will still go back.
